We loved this hotel. The staff is so sweet and nice to us the whole time. Our room was so beautiful - and really gave us the feeling of being in Italy with the striped walls and drapes. It was cold and rainy but we sat by the fire in the lobby and drank red wine. So cozy. But the best part of this hotel is the location. You can walk to everything from here- La Scala, duomo, Emmanuel Vittoria. Surrounded by cute shops and restaurants. A million thumbs up.

The housekeeping was bad. They did not clean the bathroom during my stay (3 nigths)

We just got back from Milan and stayed at Sina De la Ville for 8 days. It is very near Duomo and a lot of restaurants, tourists spots and churches. The hotel is clean and quaint but small room. For 3 people there’s a king size bed for my husband and I and a twin bed for my 18 y/o daughter. The buffet breakfast was very good with meats like bacon, sausage, prosciutto, ham, pastries, fruits. The menu has been the same everyday. I was not sure about the parking because we took the Ititaly cab for the most part. Overall not too bad, very convenient to all the places we wanted to go.

The front desk staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Location was very centralized and practical (for tourists). A bit noisy area, but that is what you get when you want to be near things. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great. Closed to stores and restaurants. The rooms were spacious! The breakfast was amazing.

Great hotels staff at receptionist especially Emily and the lady ( Duty Manager?) Upon our check out givong solution to go out from hotel area to airport on 07Dec25. Waiter & waiter during breakfast ftiendly & helpfull, especially tge Barresta. The best croissant I got from this Europe trip??

ótima ótimo, muito bem localizado, cama um pouco dura mas len?óis compensaram era ótimos, equipe solicita mas ao falam italiano, inglês improvisado. Muito próximo ao Duomo andamos a pé todos os dias. Perto de restaurantes e bares. Serve café da manh? continental.

部屋の内侧から键が开かず闭じ込められてしまった状况でしたが电话をしたら直ぐに来てくださった。结局、なおらず别の部屋に夜移动になりました。部屋のグレードアップはされませんでしたがお诧びの品々、お手纸がそえられていました。部屋の移动のサポートも万全でした。
